Abbington Village's
Resident & Listing Agreement

This Agreement is entered into, by and between Abbington Village OnLine (hereafter "Abbington Village"), and a New England based business or individual. ( hereafter "Resident" ).

WHEREAS , Abbington Village™ has created an on-line marketing service that includes a New England OnLine Marketplace™ having virtual storefronts for facilitating the marketing of goods and/or services on the Internet and specifically the World Wide Web, and the New England OnLine Visitors Center™ having links/listings for facillitating the promotion of New England tourism on the Internet and specifically the World Wide Web, Abbington Village™ desires to enable these diverse entities to become Residents of Abbington Village.™

WHEREAS , the Resident desires to reserve a storefront or a link/listing in Abbington Village™ for the purposes of marketing goods and/or services, promoting their New England tourism related business, or promoting their Professional services:

Now, THEREFORE , in consideration of the following mutual promises, Abbington Village and the Resident hereby agree as follows:

1. Resident agrees to make available to Abbington Village all necessary information needed to create a storefront or link/listing agreeable to both parties.

2. Abbington Village agrees to activate the above link as soon as Abbington Village determines that the Resident is a New England based business or indivdual.

3. Abbington Village and Resident agree that Abbington Village retains the right to immediately exclude the Resident from Abbington Village in the sole discretion of Abbington Village if Abbington Village at any time determines that the Resident's site is not appropriate, in any way, to the "New England" character of Abbington Village.

4. Resident acknowledges that the phrases Abbington Village and New England OnLine Marketplace, New England OnLine Visitors Center are valuable trademarks of Abbington Village OnLine, and that any use of those trademarks by the Resident inures to the benefit of Abbington Village.

The submittal, by a New England based individual or business, of an e-mail request to be added to Abbington Village will signal the acceptance of all the above mutual promises.
